Do you take credit cards?
Not yet but we will be soon

Why do you not have click and buy online?
Because of several reasons. Most of out stock is unique and we do not want to have to remove items from the site every time we go to an event in case it is sold on the web. Stock changes too and we  can sometime make a suggestion  that suits better than the one on the web. We value contact with customers and need to speak to them as much as we can. Frankly we dislike paying for the privilege of taking payments by card over the web unnecessarily too. We can however deal with faxes and emails as well as telephone calls.

Can I order special  items to be made?
That depends on the item, but we are happy to help if we can, get in touch.

Do you have a shop?
No because we would then have large overheads and  have to staff it. We value the freedom to be flexible and we keep costs as low as we can, passing savings on to you, the customer.

Can I see you in  person then?
Yes, we do a fair number of events through the year, although we keep trying to keep  the numbers down so we can get on with the rest of the business.  We can also make appointments if needed.

I thought you sold other things as well which are not on the site?

Yes we do have other items sometimes, but they are often bought for specific events or to fill in gaps. Some items are  short runs and sold before we have time to amend the site. However keep coming back.
